Lilydale SES receives limited funding from state and local government to provide our local community with emergency response to road crash rescue, storm, flood events. We therefore rely heavily on business partnerships to supplement our training and operational capabilities. Below you’ll find some of our active sponsors.
YARRA VALLEY TOWING
For many years, Yarra Valley Towing has been providing Lilydale SES with surplus vehicles to practice Road Crash Rescue skills. The owner has always wanted to contribute in a volunteer capacity with the SES but unfortunately he typically ends up towing vehicles from the same crash sites we respond to. We are very grateful for these vehicles.
AUSSIE BROADBAND
For over a year now, Aussie Broadband have provided Lilydale SES with a reliable NBN connection at a super fast 100/40mbps speed. This connection has been pivotal in providing our members with the required network access to access valuable online resources during training sessions, and has enabled remote access to unit technology resources (including remote security monitoring).
